Classic Salford Lads Club Heritage Tour

Explore the world-famous Salford Lads & Girls Club with our 45-minute Classic Heritage Tour. We run free Open Days every Wednesday and Saturday from 11am–2pm, but we know some visitors can’t make those times. To keep our building accessible while protecting time for our youth and community work, we now offer bookable private tours outside our usual hours. The fee helps cover staffing and supports our charitable activities.

Your tour includes the iconic Smiths Room, our historic Concert Hall, the original Billiard Room, access to our Heritage Archives, and a visit to the famous Smiths doorway for photos. You’ll hear stories from 1903 to today, including our youth work, football history and cultural impact.
